I just got back from a wonderful week-long vacation visiting Lauren in London. Pictures will go up on Shutterfly sometime soon. Tonight I'm going to cook in my new kitchen for the first time. I'm going to attempt to re-create the yummiest Japanese dish that I had when Lauren took me to a place called Wagamama.
