It never ends

I was doing a few paint touch ups the other day in the living room. After I finished up I went into the computer room and almost fell over. HUGE shiny yellow streaks starting at the crown molding and running all the way down the wall to the floor. But wait, it gets even worse. Near the celing the paint is actually pulling away from the wall and forming ripples and the molding is becoming loose. All of this seems to be pointing to a massive leak behind my wall. I can't take it.
