chef-ing it up
Last night I used my new stove for the first time. I found a recipe in Cooking Light and decided to give it a whirl- about an hour and a half later I had dinner. I know by looking at the picture it doesn't look like it should have taken that long, but it had a lot of steps, as well as fancy-schmancy ingredients like leeks and broccoli rabe. Pretty tasty if I do say so myself. I froze 4 portions of it for nights when I don't have an hour and a half to spend cookin!
