fun gadget

Today I got my Timex Ironman iControl running watch! So cool. I can control my iPod through it plus do timed intervals and other nifty things. Now I just need some magical healing powers to fix my hip so I can start running again. My goal is to run a half-marathon in September. I think I'm going to take a year off from the City to Shore bike ride. I need a change.
