Homecoming 2007 in review

Tuesday night: Got off of work, got in the car, was at my parents house by 8. Ate yummy dinner cooked by mom.

Wednesday: Went for a run around Burke Lake. Shower. Shopping and lunch at Tyson's with mom. Helped make dinner. Played board games with dad.

Thursday: Lauren and Mike get to my house around 11:30 and we head out for the Shenandoah mountains. Sky is an ominous shade of black even though the forecast called for sun. Drive for a while along skyline drive then stop to go hiking. Saw gorgeous views of the fall foliage, cliffs, chipmunks, and I climbed into a crev-ASS. Left the mountains and drove to Williamsburg to meet Tiffany. Ate the world's best pizza at Paul's Deli. Back to Tiffany's super-cool house.

Friday: Had breakfast with Tiffany at an awesome art house/cafe thingy. Drove to Richmond. Walked around campus and went to the bookstore. Grabbed snacks to go at Palani Drive and then took them to Maymont where we wandered for a little bit. Met Shannon for dinner at Baker's Crust. MMM. Went to Gelati Celesti for ice cream. MMM MMM. Went to Kmart and bought a board game to play in our hotel room. Hotel room dry as a dessert and Lauren gets a bloody nose. I hardly sleep because I'm guzzling water because of the air and then having to go to the bathroom like every half hour.

Saturday: Brunch at dhall where I pig out to the max on all the desserts. But not as bad as last year where I got a huge stomache ache. Met Tiffany and walked along Cary Street. Bought booze at Kroger and had a mini-tailgate before the game. Watched the Spiders beat Villanova. Had dinner at Sine where we met up with Shannon and her fiance, Katie, and Pema! I hadn't seen my old roomie since graduation. Wonderfulness. Walked to a bar and stayed for a while. Back to the hotel to play more games. Keith came over for a bit as well.

Sunday: Up early (but yay for daylight savings) to head out.
