Things

#1) Holy shit- there was a double shooting in a home one street away from my parents' house today. The wife died and the husband was shot. It's unclear whether it was a domestic dispute or a robbery, but either way holy fuckers.

#2) Project: Bathroom Remodel is scheduled to begin March 2. Went to Lowes to order the tub. I have to get a 30-inch even though the new standard is 32 inches because of this stupid building and the location of the drain. Not only is the smaller tub more ugly (and let's not forget smaller) but it also costs more. Tell me how that makes sense.

#3) Remember when you were little and you would smear Elmer's glue all over your hand and then peel it off? Well that's what the skin is like on my left hand and upper arm above the cast. It's beyond disgusting.
